Nothing is more satisfying than hearing customer feedback about our microgreens from the chefs we work with. While we used to push our local, pedal-powered model as a reason to buy our microgreens we now just remind chefs that this is the freshest product they could possibly have in their kitchen. Their freshness means they last longer in storage - so kitchens have no waste.
You could find us and our tasty microgreens at two farmers markets throughout the summer in Vancouver: East Vancouver Farmers Market at Trout Lake and Main Street Farmers Market at Pacific Central Station. We may make an appearance at the Nat Bailey Market later this winter, but only time will tell...
